The Second would have to be The Hunger Games, The MUA for this movie is Ve Neill.
Neill entered the film industry and discovered a talent for extreme fantasy makeup. From her early career as a rock'n roll stylist, Neill began to develop her skills as a designer and makeup artist.
Over the course of her career Neill has won three Academy Awards, Saturn Awards a BAFTA Award, Best Character Award and the first Artist to be awarded Hollwood Foreign "Makeup Artist Of The Year" Awards as well as the first makeup artist to be honered as makeup Artist of the year by MAC Cosmetics.

I love the makeup in this film, It is so extreme and bright its just awesome, Its why i love this movie it's not the story, It's all about the makeup for me..
